Participants	318 children (estimated), age 5 to 10 years with mild to moderate OSAS
Interventions	Nasal fluticasone (1 spray per nostril, per day), nasal saline spray
Outcomes	At 3 months: apnoea hypopnoea index; at 12 months: apnoea hypopnoea index, nasal Obstruction Symptom Evaluation, Epworth Sleepiness Scale, Child Behavior Checklist, Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory, Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function, Conners Abbreviated Symptom Questionnaire, Conners Kiddie Continuous Performance Test, Purdue Peg Board, knee height, DXA‐measured bone density, cortisol level, ophthalmologic exam
