Study name Administration of granulocyte‐colony stimulating factor (G‐CSF) in women with recurrent implantation failure in in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycles
Methods Allocation: randomised
Intervention model: parallel assignment
Masking: single (participant)
Participants Total 100 participants with recurrent implantation failure.
Inclusion criteria:
  • Women 40 years old or less with 3 or more previous failed IVF cycles

  • With a total of at least 8 good embryos replaced in uterus


Exclusion criteria:
  • Chromosomal defects in the patients

  • Metabolic diseases (diabetes, etc.)

  • Genetic diseases (thalassaemia, cystic fibrosis, etc.)

Interventions Intervention: 60 μg/day of G‐CSF from the day of embryo transfer through the day of beta human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG) test
Control: saline infusion every day from the day of embryo transfer through the day of beta hCG test
Outcomes Primary outcome:
  • Pregnancy outcome [ Time Frame: 12 months ]


Secondary outcome:
  • Implantation rate [ Time Frame: 12 months ]
