Study name	Administration of granulocyte‐colony stimulating factor (G‐CSF) in women with recurrent implantation failure in in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycles
Methods	Allocation: randomised Intervention model: parallel assignment Masking: single (participant)
Participants	Total 100 participants with recurrent implantation failure. Inclusion criteria: Women 40 years old or less with 3 or more previous failed IVF cycles With a total of at least 8 good embryos replaced in uterus Exclusion criteria: Chromosomal defects in the patients Metabolic diseases (diabetes, etc.) Genetic diseases (thalassaemia, cystic fibrosis, etc.)
Interventions	Intervention: 60 μg/day of G‐CSF from the day of embryo transfer through the day of beta human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG) test Control: saline infusion every day from the day of embryo transfer through the day of beta hCG test
Outcomes	Primary outcome: Pregnancy outcome [ Time Frame: 12 months ] Secondary outcome: Implantation rate [ Time Frame: 12 months ]
