For the sweeps shown in Fig. 6, all parameters but λ and D_cyt were chosen as shown in this Table. λ was varied between 3 × 10⁻² s⁻¹ and 0.3 s⁻¹ with a uniform spacing of 3 × 10⁻² s⁻¹. D_cyt was varied from 2 μm² s⁻¹ to 32 μm² s⁻¹ with a uniform spacing of 2 μm² s⁻¹
