For the sweeps shown in Fig. 6, all parameters but λ and Dcyt were chosen as shown in this Table. λ was varied between 3 × 10−2 s−1 and 0.3 s−1 with a uniform spacing of 3 × 10−2 s−1. Dcyt was varied from 2 μm2 s−1 to 32 μm2 s−1 with a uniform spacing of 2 μm2 s−1
