Estimated cancer risk (CR) for the herbal medicinal products HPA-F. The cancer risk (CR) values for herbal products A-F are all within the acceptable limit. The total cancer risk (TCR) as a result of the sum total of the individual cancer risk present by the carcinogenic metals per herbal preparation were also within the acceptable limit. It was observed that, the contribution of carcinogenic risk from As was much higher than contribution of CR from Pb in all the herbal products. CR is for cancer risk.
