SPSB1 does not interfere with p65 translocation. A549 cells stably expressing FLAG-SPSB1 or their parental control were treated with 25 ng/mL of IL-1β for 30 min or left unstimulated (NS). The cells were then fixed and stained for FLAG (green) and p65 (red) together with DAPI (blue) to visualize cell nuclei. Merged images are also shown.
