BBI608 acted synergistically with paclitaxel in inhibiting EOC cell proliferation and colony formation ability. (A), (B) and (C) EOC cells A2780, ID8 and SKOV3 were treated with various concentrations of BBI608 or paclitaxel alone or their combination for 24 h, and then, the cell viability was analysed by CCK‐8 assay. The combination index (CI) was determined using the Chou‐Talalay Method. CI < 1 indicates that the interaction between BBI608 and paclitaxel was synergistic.
