Time-kill curves for S. aureus strains NRS 271, ATCC 43300, ATCC 33591, CAIRD 456, and NRS 161 using exebacase (EXE) plus daptomycin (DAP) or vancomycin (VAN), as indicated. Each agent was tested alone and in combination at 0.25× the MIC value determined in CAMHB-HSD. In each experiment, the threshold of detection was 2.2 log₁₀ CFU/ml. All data points were an average of duplicate time points within an experiment, and the assay was repeated at least twice independently.
