Flow cytometry analysis of F11R/JAM-A (CD321) expression on the surface of HMEC-1 cells. The cells were untreated (Control, K, black color) or treated with 200 nM of thymosin β4 (TB4, red color), 10 ng/ml of TGF-β1 (TGF, green color), or 10 ng/ml of TNF-α (TNF, blue color) for 24 h.
