TRIM6 knockdown inhibited CRC cell proliferation and induced G2/M arrest. a, The protein level of TRIM6 in human normal colorectal mucosa cell line (FHC) and CRC cell lines (LOVO, Sw620, Sw1116, HCT-8 and HCT116) was examined by western blotting.
