Range (n = 5) Growth %

To deplete NK cells in vivo, rabbit anti-asialo GM1 serum was injected into mice 1 and 3 days before inoculation of B16BL6 melanoma cells. Mice were treated with GBPP (100 μg, i.v.) 2 days before tumor inoculation. Mice were sacrificed 14 days after tumor inoculation for evaluation. a∼dSuperscripts express significant differences between groups (P < 0.05), as determined by Duncan’s multiple range test.
