C) Stable depletion of striatin was observed in Caco2 cell lines using 2 different siRNA sequences (siStr1 or siStr2) and siRNA-scrambled striatin sequence (11). The 3 different Caco2 stable line clones were seeded in the top chamber of the Transwell migration chambers. After 24 h, cells that had not migrated to the lower chamber were removed from the upper surface of the Transwell membrane. Migrating cells on the lower membrane surface were fixed, stained, and photographed.
