HEADSS is a risk assessment tool to assess psycho-social health of adolescents and stands for Home, Education/employment, peer group Activities, Drugs, Sexuality, and Suicide/depression. Cervical screening tests are no longer routinely recommended to women <25 years in the post-renewal period with the exception of those in follow-up and some selected women (e.g. symptomatic).
