Weight= proportion of data the given site contributed to overall model; coef [95% CI] = effect size with lower and upper 95% confidence intervals. PRS_pT_0.0001 = normalized recipient PRS of eGFR at p-value threshold 0.0001, RE model = Random-effects model. Model was adjusted for significant clinical covariates and the first eight principal components at each site (see section 3.1).
