Chromosomal mutations in phage-resistant isolates were assessed for their likelihood to confer phage resistance based on sequencing criteria and recapitulation of the resistant phenotype by a corresponding gene transposon mutant. Mutations satisfying these criteria appear in the table, along with the results of single-gene complementation testing.
