Selectivity of S‐Y048 for the OXE receptor. Unfractionated human leukocytes labelled with anti‐CD16‐PE/Cy5 were incubated for 5 min with either vehicle or concentrations of S‐Y048 (S48) of either 10 nM (5‐oxo‐ETE) or 1 μM (all other agonists). 5‐Oxo‐ETE, PGD₂, LTB₄, and eotaxin‐1 (all 10 nM) were then added, and incubations were terminated after a further 20 s by the addition of formaldehyde. Polymerized F‐actin was measured in eosinophils and neutrophils by flow cytometry as described in Section 2
