Comparison of scores of hepatic impairments using Suzuki scores with the use of a two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Liver samples in the intervention group using hydrogen showed statistically significantly fewer histological changes compared to the control group (hydrogen × no hydrogen, P=0.024). These differences are demonstrable both in the non-ischemic lobes and the ischemic lobes (left × right, P=0.006).
