Measured as shown in Figure 3, grouped by type (parent particles, ZZ-domain extensions, smaller peptide C-terminal extensions, dimer loop insertions, and simultaneous dimer loop insertions and C-terminal extension). The standard deviations of the average Tm and Tagg were less than 1.0 °C for all experiments based upon repeat measurements of independently-prepared samples. ND means that a value could not be determined from the observed biphasic curve.
