Methods Parallel group design. Randomised by listing the patients alphabetically and randomising according to a random number list. 
 Not stated whether the data was analysed on a per protocol or intention to treat basis. Treated as outpatients, for 12 hours over 1 month.

Interventions Treatment group: Group physical exercises and occupational therapy sessions including handicrafts, picture drawing, basketry, folk singing, dancing and ball games. 
 Control group: Individual physiotherapy sessions.
