Magnetic source images show the locations of generalized spike-wave discharges (GSWDs) in patients at 1–4, 4–8, 8–12, and 12–30 Hz. Interpatient variation withstanding, the precuneus (pC) is always activated during interictal GSWD at 4–8 and 8–12 Hz.
