Steady state rate constants for UGDHWT and UGDHA44V were determined by varying UDP-glucose or NAD+ independently and fitting to the Michaelis–Menten equation. UGDHA82T steady state constants could not be determined. Values indicate mean ± SD of triplicate assays.
