Detection of methyltransferase activity. Detection of M.HpaII activity using 20 bp oligonucleotides containing an unmethylated CpG. 0.1 µM of unmethylated DNA was incubated with varying amount of M.HpaII for 120 min at 37 °C. After incubation, HRM analysis was performed. Independent experiments were repeated at least two times. Shown is one representative result with three technical replicates.
