Peptides (native and citrulline-containing versions) circled in Figure 4 were used in ELISA to detect IgG binding in CCP+RF+ and control sera (n=40). Results are compared for control versus rheumatoid arthritis (RA) using a Mann-Whitney test (A) and native (nat) versus citrulline-containing (cit) peptides by Wilcoxon matched-pairs signed rank test (B).
