Temporal variations of specific intracellular levels of hydroxyl anion radicals (si Hydroxyl) in untreated (●), menadione treated (Δ) and curcumin treated (■) cells (a) SiHa and (b) HCT116. Cells were seeded in 6 well plates and synchronized for 24 h in serum free medium. 0 h corresponds to the time of medium change to DMEM with 10% FBS with treated or untreated.
