The effect of TA on initiator caspases (A,B) and executioner caspases (C) in Hek-293 cells. Both (A) caspase-8 and (B). caspase-9 were downregulated at IC25 and IC50 treatments, whilst IC75 treatments significantly increased initiator caspase activation relative to the control.
