Degree of DNA fragmentation induced by TA in Hek-293 cells. DNA damage was increased at both IC₅₀ and IC₇₅ (63.8%) treatments relative to the control (*** p < 0.0001), with a vast 74.7% elevation in DNA fragmentation noticed at IC₅₀ in Hek-293 cells.
