DHA decreased the viability of ovarian cancer cells and normal cells. DHA inhibited the growth of human ovarian carcinoma cells ES2 (A), A2780 (B) and IGROV1 (C), and ovarian surface epithelial cells HOSEpiC (D) after 48 hr of exposure, as assessed by the MTT assay.
