In adult zebrafish, exposure to 7 days of chronic unpredictable stress (CUS) increased the distance traveled in the top and the number of top zone entries whereas 7 days of chronic prazosin treatment increased the time spent in the top of zone of the novel tank test (N = 16 − 18 in each group).
