(c) Sagittal 18F-FDG PET image shows corresponding decreased activity (arrow) in the occipital region. (d) Axial 18F-FDG PET image shows relative sparing of the posterior cingulate gyrus (arrow). Involvement of the occipital lobes and sparing of the posterior cingulate is a characteristic finding of DLB.
