SNHG6 is highly expressed in NSCLC and associated with poor prognosis of SCLC patients. (A) SNHG6 expression in 60 pairs of ANTs and NSCLC tissues detected by qRT-PCR and compared by Student’s t-test; (B) Log₁₀(SNHG6 levels in NSCLC tissues/SNHG6 levels in ANTs); (C) SNHG6 expression in five NSCLC cell lines and Normal human bronchial epithelial cell line BEAS-2B detected by qRT-PCR and analyzed using one-way ANOVA followed by Student-Newman-Keuls test. (D) Kaplan-Meier analysis of overall survival based on SNHG6 grouping in 60 patients with NSCLC. Data were shown as mean±SD, *p<0.05.
