SNHG6-miR-944/miR-181d-5p axes are involved in the progression of NSCLC cells. (A-F) A549 cells were transfected with SNHG6 siRNA-1 together with miR-944 or miR-181d-5p inhibitor; cell proliferation was assessed by CCK8 assays (A) and cell cycle assays (B); migration activity was analyzed using wound-healing assays (C and D) and transwell assays (E and F). Results were analyzed with Student’s t-test or one-way ANOVA followed by Student-Newman-Keuls test where appropriate. Data were shown as mean±SD; *p<0.05.
