CD4 PTPN22 KO cells outnumber WT when co-transferred into lymphopenic host. (A) Adoptive transfer of naive CD4⁺CD45.1⁺ PTPN22 WT and CD4⁺CD45.2⁺ PTPN22 KO cells into lethally irradiated CD45.1/2 WT hosts in a 1:1 ratio. Ratio of transferred cells was assessed 11 days post transfer in spleen and lymph nodes.
