Measurement of the mRNA expression of selected markers for ER stress and hepatocellular apoptosis in STK25-deficient human hepatocytes. IHHs were transfected with STK25 siRNA or NTC siRNA and challenged with oleic acid for 48 h. Relative mRNA expression was assessed by quantitative real-time PCR.
