Inactivation kinetics of TV and RV in waste stabilization pond water by 220- and 254-nm irradiation. The log₁₀ reduction values were calculated by dividing the titer at time zero by the titers of solutions collected at different irradiation times. All data collected were plotted. For each experimental condition, experiments were performed at least three times independently and in triplicate. The y axis was calculated as log₁₀ (PFU₀/PFU), where PFU₀ and PFU are the infectivities detected before and after UV irradiation, respectively.
