(A) Reintroduction (rescued) of CEACAM1 to CEACAM1-KO SK-MEL-28 cells. CEACAM1-KO and CEACAM1-rescued SK-MEL-28 cells were cultured, and the cell lysates were immunoblotted with the indicated antibodies. (B and C) VM-like network formation was recovered in CEACAM1-rescued SK-MEL-28 cells.
