Kinetics of lipid production (L; g/L) and lipid in dry cell weight (Y_L/X; % w/w) during growth of Rhodosporidium toruloides DSM 4444 on glucose‐based media (100 g/L) supplemented with 4% w/v NaCl. Culture conditions as in Table 1. Two lots of independent cultures were conducted by using different inocula. In all of the determinations, standard error calculated was less than 10%.
