Binding of H. pylori strains isolated from children with non-ulcer dyspepsia (NUD, n=9) or with peptic ulcer disease (PUD, n=11) to mucins isolated from human tumor (A), human normal (B) and monkey normal (C) gastric tissue. Results are expressed as the median with interquartile range, after subtraction of the background signal (no mucin) at each pH.
