(A) A double-loaded suture anchor was placed on the lateral side of the transposed LHBT. The sutures were passed through the stump of the posteriorly transposed LHBT and then passed through the torn rotator cuff. Two or more double-loaded suture anchors separated by the transposed LHBT were used to repair the rotator cuff by single-row technique.
