CDX-301 was administered 24 h prior to or 4 h after 7 Gy γ-radiation. The percentages of lymphoid (Tc, Th, CD49 NK), and myeloid (CD11b+ macrophages,) cells, as well as CD69 activation was determined by flow cytometry.
