Agreement measures quoted for ophthalmologists and optometrists are the mean and median agreement, respectively. The intra-observer agreement for Pegasus was determined by analysing the left and right image of each stereoscopic pair separately for all pairs and using bootstrap sampling with 1000 replicas to determine 95% confidence intervals
