(F) Survival curve was constructed using the Kaplan-Meier method to study the correlation between survival rate and CAP2 expression in patients with gliomas. Patients were divided into low CAP2 expression (IRS ≤3) and high CAP2 expression (IRS ≥4). Patients with high CAP2 expression had shorter survival than those with low CAP2 expression (P = 0.006). The hazard ratio of CAP2 expression was 1.843 and CI: 1.252–2.714.
