Figure 2. — Effect of BGC on the changes of rat body weight. There was no difference in body weight among the four groups prior to treatment (P>0.05). Rats treated with letrozole (Model, BGC-H, BGC-L) gained significantly more body weight than those treated with carboxymethyl cellulose sodium (control) after 3 weeks (P<0.05). Treatment with either dose of BGC significantly decreased body weight compared to those in Model group on the sixth week (P<0.05).
