Agrin-Ab prevents the recovery of muscle strength and prolongs the duration of BoNT/A effect in a dose-dependent manner. (A) Muscle strength was determined by a survey system for rat lower limb nerve and muscle function at different times after injection of BoNT/A and agrin-Ab at different doses. *P < 0.05 versus the control group; #P < 0.05 versus the BoNT/A group. (B) Dose-dependent effect of agrin-Ab in maintaining the decreased muscle strength caused by BoNT/A at week 2 and week 8. Muscle strength was determined by a survey system for rat lower limb nerve and muscle function. *P < 0.05 versus the 6 μg group.
