VEH n = 63, NE n = 68, PE n = 42, CLON n = 28. B: Percent change in the amplitude of spontaneous peaks in response to NE, PE, and CLON, normalized to VEH. Only neurons that had spontaneous events during both the control period and the treatment period were analyzed.
