The day-42 strain map for the representative older subject shows less stretch after treatment. When comparing the day-42 strain map to the younger untreated subjects, the levels of stretch resembles a younger phenotype, which is consistent with the objective, quantitative global dynamic assessment results, particularly in the marionette line region.
