Correlation of fetal fractions on male pregnancies between chr Y ddPCR assay (YMM) and reference standard. Scatter plot analysis of fetal fraction estimates for 47 male samples showed high correlation between YMM and qPCR‐based DYS assay (r = 0.83; 95% CI: 0.71–0.9) that was treated as reference standard.
