Effect of foretinib on carcinogenesis-related genes in GC cells. (A) c-MET and CD44 gene expression in gastric cancer cells and (B) mRNA levels of c-MET, HIF-1a, VEGFA, CD44, CD44s, CD44v9, CCND1, COX-2, and ECAD in MKN45, SNU620, MKN28, and AGS cells were determined by quantitative reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) analysis after treatment with 30 nM foretinib for 48 h.
