Table 2.

Insect mortality (%) for Xenorhabdus strains in G. mellonella

Insect mortality caused by each bacterial strain was calculated as the percentage of insects that were dead by day seven. 60 insects were injected with each bacterial strain for each of the five doses, resulting in 3000 insects tested in total. Mortality was corrected using Abbott’s formula.
