Prognostic value of IFI30 in GBM stratified by IDH1 status and MGMT promoter status. (A, B, I–J) CGGA cohort respectively performed significant prognosis in IDH1 wild type but not in mutant group. (E-F) No prognostic significance of IFI30 in IDH1 wild type and mutant group in TCGA database.
