In 2011, 19 isolates were of genotype ST398‐t034‐V, one was of genotype ST398‐t011‐V, one was of genotype ST49‐t208‐V and one was of genotype ST1‐t2279‐IVc.
In 2012, 61 isolates belonged to genotype CC398‐t034, nine belonged to genotype CC398‐t011 and two belonged to genotype ST49‐t208.
In 2013, 63 isolates belonged to genotype CC398‐t034 and 10 belonged to genotype CC398‐t011.
