Ammonia levels associated with exercise tests of the patient before the diet and during the follow-up. Values of the control subjects without dietary intervention are also given for comparison. The baseline ammonia data has been published earlier (10), and the controls matched to the age and gender of the patient were obtained from the aforementioned publication. No correlations existed between the baseline curve of the patient and those of the controls or the diet curves of the patient.
